LOVE PEOPLE?

Because as a Human Resources Manager you’re responsible for your company’s people.

It’s up to you to keep them happy, solve their issues (personal and with each other), improve their performance, enrich their day to day life, and help them become the best people they can be (in work and in life). You’ll also be responsible for hiring new employees. Day to day, you’ll wear a lot of hats, balancing all the needs of the people in your teams, serving as a link for questions between employees and management, ensuring salaries and benefits are fair for all employees (new and old), and yes – you’ll do a fair amount of compliance paperwork – but if nurture and care are your jive, then look no further!
