They may or may not be, but your job is to keep them happy!

Whether they need an update on an order, they have an issue with one of your products or machines, or they need to speak to an engineer about the technical specifications of the product, you will help them find the information (or person) they need! You will need to learn a lot about the technical side of the business, and will need to be familiar with the entire manufacturing operation, but being a helpful resource to all your customers will be highly rewarding. As the outward face of the company, you’ll always have to have a smile on your face (metaphorically at least), even when you have to deal with customers’ bulls***, so this is the kind of role that is a great fit for extroverts and people, people!
