POWER. LIGHTS. ACTION!

Everything we use on a day to day basis requires electricity, and the expertise of an Electrical Engineer.

Your role as an Electrical Engineer will be working with anything that uses electricity. You’ll design all kinds of electrical systems for devices ranging from pocket size to large super-computers! More often than not, what this really means is you’ll be working on products like computers, mobile devices, radars, navigation systems, wiring and lighting in buildings, and even things like satellite communications. Day to day, you will most likely alternate between designing new systems and helping with the installation and trouble-shooting of existing systems. This might include working with customers to design a system that will integrate into their machines or devices, usually using computer software to create a technical drawing of the system.
