YOU’LL BE “LOVIN’ IT”

It’s one thing to manufacture a product, but how do you get customers to buy it? That’s where you come in.

From catchy tag-lines, to dazzling websites, to trade-show booth display, and to everything in between, your job is create a consistent (and convincing) brand for the company to operate under. Why should a customer buy your product? That’s the question you’ll be answering every day as the Marketing Manager for a manufacturing company. Day to day, you’ll come up with new ideas for ways to promote your products and services, working in teams within the company, and usually also with some outside companies (like web design companies, ad agencies, photographers, and more) to help you get the job done. You’ll also spend some time managing the marketing budget and reporting back on how effective different initiatives were, and you might spend a bit of time building up a good social media presence as well – #gomakeit!
